Ayanna Johnson

With 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Ayanna Johnson is a dedicated and passionate educator who believes in lifelong learning. She is currently working while enrolling in her master’s program in Early Childhood Education & Instruction, further deepening her expertise in the field.

Throughout her career, Ayanna has taken on multiple leadership roles, including Program Specialist, Unit Head Coordinator, and Assistant Director, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in early childhood education. She has a deep passion for fostering whole-child development, ensuring that each child grows cognitively, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

For nearly two years, Ayanna has been an integral part of RAISE, where she continues to inspire young learners. With a love for the arts, she integrates creativity into her teaching, enriching children’s experiences and encouraging their self-expression and discovery.
