• Submit Applicable Documents

  • Signed Immunization Record

  • School Physical Form

  • Transcripts from Other Schools

• Pay all fees

  • Enrollment Fees

  • Book & Activity Fees (if applicable)

  • 1st month’s tuition

  • Before and After School fees if they apply
